We’re pleased to share that structural piling is now complete at Elysian, thanks to the expert team from CLL on site using their specialist Double Rotary method.

This system is one of the most precise piling techniques available and is ideal for tricky ground conditions like ours at Balfour Road. It uses two rotating casings to drill deep into the earth before concrete is pumped under pressure, forming solid, high-capacity piles with minimal vibration.
